As a Soccer Club, we continually seek out opportunities to invest in our players, coaches, our complex, and our community. This year the Fond du Lac Soccer Association celebrated 50 years of existence as a club. I am proud of all that our club has accomplished and the positive impact it has created in our community. Every year we strive to improve our facilities, our programs and our overall club. I am thankful and grateful to all our past and present board members, players, coaches, parents, referees, and volunteers for the confidence and support you have given the Fond du Lac Soccer Association and which without that support, we would not be here today.

Now the big news. I am excited to share with you that we have added an official and dedicated Director of Coaching “DOC” to the Fond du Lac Soccer Association. This is a dedicated role within many soccer clubs that drives coaching and player development to advance soccer clubs and their teams to the next level. A full-time year-round role that nearly all the clubs that we face in travel league competition have had in place for several years.

For the Phoenix, we were just waiting for the right candidate to come along (and I have been looking for several years). The wait is now over as the Fond du Lac Soccer Association has their first Director of Coaching finally in place. I am excited to announce CJ Dwyer has joined the Fond du Lac Soccer Association as our Director of Coaching effective September 1, 2024.

CJ lives in Fond du Lac with his young family and is dedicated to our community and its future. We are beyond excited to add someone with CJ's soccer and coaching experience to guide our players, our coaches, and our program to the next competitive level. You can learn more about CJ below.
